Bunga tu made from sugar. The cake master had to wire each petals to create that size of rose! Edible gold paint trimmed the flower to follow the theme of the wedding - Black & Gold. I wanted the cake to in black originally but was advice that the licorice taste in the black colour could change the taste of the chocolate cake. PDP
