gym

finally yesterday, after 8 months, i berjaya jugak jejakkan kaki balik to gym (ppl, i gained 12 kilos after my engagement). to be honest, i never like workout - esp the tiring cardiiiiooooooo. and i only semangat to kurus whenever there's occasion that need me to bergambar - vacation, engagement and now wedding. otherwise, i'm eating like so nobody's business :P my colleague faeizah menjadi saksi during my turun-naik since 2007 hehe. i start to feel the tense during raya, one of aunty joking "kau buffet tetiap hari ke bulan puasa ni?" and abah was so serious too warning about getting kurus - but he's more to health reason.

good news, since i've been loyal member to FF since 2007, (baya memanjang tapi pegi can kira with jari je) they upgrade me to First Club member yesterday, and one of benefit, i can bring guest f.o.c. during weekend - so fiance got no reason to excuse yes yes yes!! pergi berdua barula semangat sikit kan hehe! the not so good news, parking is no longer free for FF member :(

btw friends, i need to shed off 10kilos by dec, wish me luck :)

p/s : now i had another ticker to chase, means another daily routine on treadmill & stepper..yes ppl, daily :( yg baca pun penat kan?

i pn dgr HL works, tapi my body still kene pair any diet drinks/pills etc with exercise - if not my progress very ciput hehe..

dh baya gym, so no more budget for any HL hehe..

awal2 mmg susah nak turun, cos ur body will gain some muscle (which 4x heavier than ur fat), dah lame2 then ok :) bile stop tu yg membelon balik..like me hehe!

same with me too minum HL skejap jerk pastu naek plak after raya uwaaa ...adik dah ajak g gym keja membatasi diri ...ntah la wedding dah nak dekat...u g gym ader jurulatih tak? or u just do your ouwn self ..

i do on my own je sha, mahal lah personal trainer hehe..if i tak faham or need their help to use new equipment, i tanye je :D

sumthing to share.. i lost weight abt 4kg but look more slimmer.. cos the fat turn to muscle..n no cellulite..hehhe.. from my ff class.. do treadmill n stepper not to forget join body attack n body step class.. it really tired tp rse segan je nak kuar b4 class tu abis.. so i push myself..

kite same la, kena trurun berat badan,tapi for 5kg.. ;p

diet?? hate this sesangat!but what to do pasrah je la, sbb i love eating much much muchh!!heheh

dulu i ada amik ubat la, tapi after consult dgn doc..and the target is to reduce minimum 8kg per month. so i amik, untuk setiap bulan u have to pay RM500++..let say u kena reduce 10kilos means u kena ambik 1month++ or better 2mnths..

mcm i hr tu berat terlajak sgt, so he advised amik dalam 2months++! can u imagine berat i masa tu??hahaha..tp i amik utk 1 bulan je, and set ubat tu mmg ngam2 utk sebulan je, and dlm sebulan berat i turun extra 2kg which is 10kg la.. :) lps tu terus i stop ubat tu, sbb mcm da lari bajet..bajet nk kawen lagi kan..heheh. and i control makan sendiri je lps tu, and alhamdulillah ok jugak walaupun diet sendiri..

can u imagine bila u kena stop ambik nasi during that period??huh sgt mencabar..tapi tak nak rugi duit punya pasal, i tawakkal je la..dalm set ubat tu, ada cereal, pil buah-buahan, pil omega, urine test kit,and tupperware air 1..hehe
tiap2 pagi u kena buat urine test, untuk tau u tersalah ambik makanan ke tak..KARBOHIDRAT! ( no nasi,buah, even sayur!) dengar mcm diet gila kan? tapi itulah sebenarnya..

That was my 1st time ambik ubat kurus, sbb before this tak berani takut ada bad side effect..plg takut kalau ubat2 kurus ganggu pregnancy nanti..hehehe

mmi,i suke bodyjam class =) group classes ni quite intense, and i just restarted. so kene build up stamina dulu baru i can join, if not mmg semput :P

bestnye alena, makan tu je dah dapat turun 10kgs :D sedihla cos i have to diet time ppl doing alot of raya openhouse :P

hey ya..good luck on the 'daily' routine. I really salute those who can tahan to do it everyday..wergh..i 3 kali seminggu pon da cukup baik..
